Why do people complain when a choir or vocalist doesn’t sing well enough but when another vocalist does excellently, they say there is no demonstration of the Holy Spirit in the ministration?

1) Because People have always had something to say and will always have something to say.

2) Because people have the different orientations about things.

Do what God has called you to do in God, with God and for God's glory, because in the end number "1" will happen whether or not the person is genuine.

No it is not compulsory.

Does the fact that you have been in a department for long or you are used to that particular department mean that it is your calling?

Most men are not trustworthy these days. So may I know how I can identify a married man from an unmarried man?

It should be a life goal for every man and every woman to grow in God! See if you haven't once in your relationship with God sensed or perceive something wrong that seems right, maybe a job decision, or a transportation route, or even as simple as a salon to go to, then detecting someone who’s lying about his marital status may be difficult for you to sense.

CAN I LEAVE MY FIANCE FOR MY OLD FLAME WHO RETURNS AFTER YEARS OUT OF REACH??

Is it right for a lady to leave her fiance for an old flame that returns after years because she loves him?

This lady needs to leave the relationship alone first, then go and pray to God on what his plans are for her and get full clarity. God that created the Heavens and the earth and knows the beginning from the end is the only one that can help her.

Emotions are never cut it. Emotions come and go. It is by what the intent for that relationship or marriage really is.

The reason why this is a challenge to women is because naturally we measure wisdom, depth etc in age which is true actually in some people's case anyways.

This is a good challenge and every lady in this situation has to and is supposed to be very sure. I am not going to come with an age-is-just-a-number approach, because whoever a lady wants to get married to must be  reasonable, wise, responsible  just to mention a few.

I and my guy love each other. We have introduced each other to our parents and my family loves him, however, his have an issue with where I am from. What do I do?

Conviction between a couple entering into a relationship is very important as it will keep them during rocky times. There would be rocky times in any relationship especially the one ordained by God.

Practically and not too talk too much, what they really need to do is to keep praying while *persisting* on their request to their parents. Remember that woman in the bible that wore the judge out by always begging and pleading with him to give her justice? Eventually he did!

Many people begin masturbation for many reasons, but whatever the reason is, none is justifiable.

The main reason or one of the main reasons for masturbation is emptiness, wanting/desiring pleasure, abused and feeling filthy, low self-esteem, loneliness and the lists goes on.

One of the Solution to Masturbation would be proper understanding and growing knowledge in the word of God coming to Know Him, get filled up by Him and the things that concern him and lose appetite for those things that do not please him.

It is as simple as that.

Masturbation is caused by the void in a person that has not been filled. One could be introduced to it through peer pressure, or one could stumble upon it. Whatever the case is, the void and emptiness in every human will be filled by something.

WEIRD?! MY LADY FRIEND ALWAYS CHANGES HER MIND AT THE LAST MINUTE. IS THERE SOMETHING STRANGE TO IT?

I have a close friend I have known for quite a while. There's this attitude she has that I want to be sure about and I really want to understand. At the last minute she changes her mind about *ANYTHING* and I seriously mean anything. Do we think there's possibly a force that drives her to do these things because it’s so so bad -she changes everything, everything at the last minute?

The way you asked this question, she seems to be living a normal life aside from this her strange behavior.  At least you didn't mention any other thing, so I am assuming that.

That means she is not insane (Thank God for that).

She may be doing this as a result of

1.       A certain disorder. (Like Maureen Suggested)

2.       She may be behaving that way as a result of something from her past or childhood that she *may* still be afraid of.

I would like to know how being independent translates to mean that one is selfish.

If we have the right mindset from start, this would not be a question.

The “me myself and I” thing from singleness is what people carry to their marital home and expect some magic to take it away. So the answer is don't have the *mentality* whether you're 30 and unmarried or 45 and unmarried.
