Why do people complain when a choir or vocalist doesn’t sing
well enough but when another vocalist does excellently, they say there is no
demonstration of the Holy Spirit in the ministration?

1) Because People have always had something to say and will always have something to say.
Lesson
Do what God has called you to do
in God, with God and for God's glory, because in the end number "1" will happen
whether or not the person is genuine.
You yourself, test to be sure
that whatever you are listening to is right and true. If it is, stick and
support, if not, correct if you can and if you can't step away so it doesn't
corrupt you.
I mean apart from these basics,
every other thing is secondary.
