CAN I REALLY DO THIS JOB WELL AND HAVE A LIFE?

This is the question many people ask on a daily basis.
A growing trend in today's workforce puts a greater emphasis on living a successful, happy life versus simply achieving success at work.

So the question is, how do ladies (single, married) effectively balance work and personal life especially when it causes problems, conflicts, guilt, and tensions both at work and at home? Both job and family, --- from commitments to family, church and so forth - the pressure to do it all and do it well is strong in our society.

How are we expected to cope in the midst of all these and not compromise?

Balance in a practical terms (which I like to explain in) is maintaining excellence or should I say excelling in the different spheres of life that God has purposed for you and should I add that concerns you, I mean that is your business.

Nkechi what do you mean?

I mean that many times we add somethings that is not our business to our lives and we want to be claiming balance.

Balance starts from 1) Knowing God 2) Knowing His will and your purpose for your life.

But according to your purpose and God's plan for you, you would need to break this down into tangible bits that you can work with and understand.

A practical example is, “You are working in a bank when you should be in a radio station please where does the balance what to come in from?”
Until you know where you are from and where you are going to a large extent (which cannot be done without God and knowing your purpose) you cannot understand, much more live a balanced life because in the first place you don't understand you.

As I plan to round up, prioritizing in God is the ultimate solution to balance.

For example, you are single. You don't know God yet and your purpose yet so any job is appealing to you, any party is appealing to you, every picture on Instagram is very appealing to your eye and then every movie in the cinema is cool and you’re running there.

In the end......you look at your life and it seems you don't have enough time for God or you don't feel fulfilled. Please how would you feel fulfilled when you don't know where you came from and where you’re going to?

I'll complete this with another post and also give you an example to help you explain it.
